Cursed: Netflix Drops First Look and Trailer for Frank Miller's Arthurian Series

An epic adventure about the young woman who will become the Lady of the Lake

Coming to Netflix on July 17

Netflix has released the first look and trailer for Cursed, a new fantasy series from Frank Miller and Tom Wheeler. The series is a re-imagining of the Arthurian legend told through the eyes of Nimue (Katherine Langford), a young heroine with a mysterious gift who is destined to become the Lady of the Lake.

Nimue joins forces with charming mercenary Arthur (Devon Terrell) on a mission to save her people. Along the way, they are pursued by the ruthless Red Paladins, led by Father Carden (Daniel Sharman).

The trailer is full of stunning visuals and action-packed sequences. It also gives us our first look at Gustaf Skarsgård as Merlin, the wizard who guides Nimue on her journey.

Cursed is set to premiere on Netflix on July 17. We can't wait to see what this new take on the Arthurian legend has in store for us.
